Seen and Heard

Are you or someone you know struggling with feeling unloved, unseen and unheard? There is One who sees you and hears your cries. He's been doing it for a long time and He won't stop now. In this post we'll look at Moses' calling and God's remarkable concern and compassion for his people. It moved Him to do something about their situation.

From Sold to Sent.

Do you know someone who complains about their circumstances and never doing anything about them? Maybe it's you, maybe it's someone else. From time to time we can get stuck on our present struggles. We are dragged in directions we didn't plan, didn't want to go. But how we respond to that makes all the difference. Too Difficult?

Have you ever looked at a task and said, “That’s too hard for me! It’s too difficult.” Maybe we camouflage it in pointing out our lack of skills or abilities to complete the task. “I’m not really handy with tools.” “I don’t think I’ll be of any help, I’m not strong enough to lift that thing!” Perhaps we are right. We are lacking something. Empowerment. Purpose. Support. That's exactly what Jesus did for his Disciples as he sent them out as Apostles. The task was too hard for them. They needed help.
