Noble character. What qualifications would you have for someone to have Noble Character? Among many action based verses in Proverbs 31, verse 20 sticks out. In the midst of her success as a business woman, a provider for her own family, she also has compassion.
If we were considering this section of scripture like a business portfolio, compassion is just as essential as any other quality or skill she exhibits. This should be a lesson for us as well. We can work hard, have more than enough for our families, but without compassion for others- our portfolio is still lacking.
